Where is the 2023 PRCA Convention?

 

The 2023 PRCA Convention will be held at the South Point Hotel & Casino. The South Point Hotel & Casino will be the host hotel for the PRCA National Convention. A group rate is available to attendees. Attendees must call the reservations department directly at (866)791-7626, ask for the PRCA National Convention 2023 Room Block (CODE PRC2023).

How do we participate in the attendee goody bag promotions?

 

Items must be provided in quantities of 1500.  All items are subject to the approval of the PRCA.  Should you wish to contribute an item to be included in the goody bags for convention attendees, please contact Therese Cobb (tcobb@prorodeo.com) at the National Headquarters.  

• Participants must confirm intent to participate no later then November 1

• Items can be shipped to the PRCA if delivered prior to November 14

  • If items are not shipped to the PRCA office, they must be on-site no later then noon, Sunday, November 27 at the South Point Hotel

• No paper products will be accepted

  • i.e. postcards, single page calendars, flyers, etc

​ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
