Where is the 2024 PRCA Convention?
The 2024 PRCA Convention will be held at the South Point Hotel & Casino. The South Point Hotel & Casino will be the host hotel for the PRCA National Convention. A group rate is available to attendees. Attendees must call the reservations department directly at (866)791-7626, ask for the PRCA National Convention 2024 Room Block (CODE PRC2024).

How do we participate in the attendee goody bag promotions?
Items must be provided in quantities of 1500. All items are subject to the approval of the PRCA. Should you wish to contribute an item to be included in the goody bags for convention attendees, please contact Therese Cobb (tcobb@prorodeo.com) or Daidra Sims (dsims@prorodeo.com) at the National Headquarters.
Participants must confirm intent to participate no later then November 1
Items can be shipped to the PRCA if delivered prior to November 15
If items are not shipped to the PRCA office, they must be on-site no later then noon, Sunday, December 1st at the South Point Hotel
Have time to spare? Feel free to come hang out with PRCA staff and other members while we stuff goody bags. Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Noon in the Sonoma Rooms at the Southpoint
No paper products will be accepted
i.e. postcards, single page calendars, flyers, etc

ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
