Where is the 2019 PRCA Convention?
The 2019 PRCA Convention will be held at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. The South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa will again be the host for the PRCA National Convention. A group rate is available to attendees. Attendees must call the reservations department directly at 866.791.7626, use code: PRC2019. These rates will be available only while there is reservation availability up until October 31, 2019.
How do we participate in the attendee goody bag promotions?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAPER PRODUCTS SUCH AS MAGAZINES, POST CARDS, BUSINESS CARDS, ETC. Items must be provided in a quantity of 1300. All items are subject to the approval of the PRCA. Should you wish to participate by providing a goody bag item for convention attendees, please contact Amy Jo Fields via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at the National Headquarters regarding your interest.
All interested parties must confirm participation no later than November 8, 2019. Items can be shipped directly to the PRCA if delivered prior to November 25. Otherwise, items must be on-site no later than Sunday, December 1 by 12:00 pm (noon) at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa.
How do we donate items for the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund?
Please mail your items no later than October 25, 2019 to the address below. We appreciate your efforts to mail items by this deadline to allow time for proper processing of all donations to maximize fundraising for JCCF.
